Job Overview:

We are seeking a Medical Information Associate who is fluent in Polish and English to join our Medical Information team. This role involves handling medical inquiries, including adverse event reports and product quality complaints, in both languages. You will contribute to the smooth operation of our pharmacovigilance system and assist with regulatory inspections and audits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Medical Inquiries: Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from external customers (healthcare professionals, patients, pharmaceutical clients), including call handling.

  • Adverse Event Reporting: Accurately identify, document, and report adverse events, side effects, pregnancy, and product quality complaints within required timeframes.

  • Database Management: Ensure all medical inquiries are tracked and fully documented in the Medical Information database.

  • Project Updates: Provide management with regular updates on project status and metrics concerning inquiries.

  • Regulatory Support: Assist in departmental regulatory inspection preparedness and actively participate in pharmacovigilance inspections or audits.


Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Life sciences or biomedical degree (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Nursing).

  • Experience: Customer service or call center experience is preferred.

  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in Polish and English (both written and verbal) – at least C1 level.

  • Other Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Good time and issue management, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

    • Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required.
