  • Conduct patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments or procedures as needed.
  • Schedule appointments, surgeries, or procedures through clinical communication or direct request.
  • Provide excellent customer service to create positive first impressions.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks such as referrals, pre-certifications, clinical records, and orders are completed and ready before patient visits.
  • Additional duties may be assigned.
