Data Entry position responsible for keying patient orders and processing claims for billing.

key-responsibilities

  • Conduct patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Schedule and coordinate follow-up appointments or procedures for patients.
  • Schedule appointments, procedures, or surgeries through clinical communication or direct request.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure positive first impressions.
  • Ensure that all required administrative tasks, including referrals, pre-certifications, clinical records, documentation, orders, and consults are completed before patient visits.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
