🔹 Summary

The Director, Platform Enablement for Radioligand Therapy (RLT) & Radioligand Imaging (RLI) is a senior US Medical Affairs role responsible for driving strategic, large-scale initiatives that address non-clinical barriers in implementing RLT & RLI for both pipeline and approved products.

This role partners closely with cross-functional US and global teams and reports to the Head of RLT Enablement Medical Team.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Platform Enablement

  • Lead major, large-scale initiatives that support RLT/RLI enablement across treatment ecosystems.

  • Drive planning, alignment, and execution of platform-level projects during launch and post-launch.

  • Identify and remove barriers limiting appropriate patient access to RLT.

Medical Education & Communication

  • Develop and execute educational strategies for internal teams and healthcare providers.

  • Create innovative communication solutions, including digital formats, to address scientific/strategic gaps.

  • Support development of medical engagement plans covering multiple Medical Affairs capabilities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:

    • Medical Strategy Teams (MST)

    • Integrated Product Strategy Team (IPST)

    • Global Medical Affairs

    • Commercial & General Management teams

    • Field Medical for insights

External Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with:

    • National, regional, and local medical experts

    • US professional societies

    • Investigators and clinical networks

  • Lead advisory boards and external expert meetings.

Clinical Research & Operations

  • Provide insights into clinical trial needs, operations, and patient recruitment solutions.

  • Support clinical trial network development for RLT/RLI programs.


🔹 Minimum Requirements

Work Experience

  • ≥5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech or Radioligand therapy/imaging.

  • ≥5 years in medical affairs, product strategy, medical communications, education agencies, or academic/clinical practice.

  • Experience in:

    • Large-scale strategic business planning & implementation

    • Cross-functional project leadership

    • Clinical research operations and trial execution

    • HCP/researcher engagement in US academic centers

  • Strong preference for:

    • Oncology experience

    • Existing relationships with US medical experts and societies

  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Education

  • Advanced scientific/medical/health degree required.

  • Master’s degree preferred.


🔹 Compensation

Expected Salary Range (1/1/24 – 12/31/24):
👉 $204,400 – $379,600 per year

Additional compensation may include:

  • Sign-on bonus

  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

  • Discretionary awards
