Job Summary
Medpace, a renowned global Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is hiring a Data Manager – Core Laboratory for its newly established office in Hyderabad, India. This pivotal role offers experienced professionals the opportunity to lead data management operations for international clinical trials. The position allows direct involvement in shaping team culture and processes while contributing to the success of innovative, global healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and review Data Management procedures for clinical trials in collaboration with sponsors and departments.
Set up and negotiate Data Management project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
Coordinate data transfers with database programmers, Project Managers, and external recipients.
Oversee system development and maintenance with MCL programmers and the operational team.
Serve as the primary contact for MCL team members, sponsors, and external data management groups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of clinical data management experience; prior Core Lab experience preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple clinical projects and serve as the main sponsor contact.
Proficient in EDC databases and analysis software.
Strong understanding of database structures and data management processes.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research methodologies.
