🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review Data Management procedures for clinical trials in collaboration with sponsors and internal teams.

  • Define and oversee Data Management project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.

  • Coordinate data transfers with database programmers, Project Managers, and external recipients.

  • Support system development and maintenance alongside MCL programmers and operational teams.

  • Serve as the primary contact for MCL team members, sponsors, and external data management groups.


🎓 Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 7 years of Data Management experience in clinical research.

    • Prior Core Lab experience preferred.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and act as main sponsor contact.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency with EDC databases and data analysis tools.

    • Strong understanding of database structures and data management processes.

  • Knowledge:

    • Basic medical terminology and familiarity with clinical research methodologies.
