This role aligns with the launch of Medpace’s newest office in Hyderabad, creating a unique opportunity to contribute from the ground up.

About the Opportunity

This position offers the chance to be part of a newly established location, shaping operational processes, contributing to team development, and supporting the company’s strategic expansion across India. Your contributions will directly influence global clinical trial operations and support Medpace’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and support documentation related to Core Laboratory Data Management.

  • Conduct validation on data transfers and edit-check programs.

  • Perform ongoing data cleanup through edit checks, data review, and data correction activities.

  • Manage and send external data transfers in compliance with global standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Experience Required:

    • 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company or Clinical Research Organization (CRO) is preferred.

  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams and adhere to established timelines and quality parameters.
