Job Details

Role Overview:
You will lead a team of Membership Analysts in developing and implementing business intelligence solutions supporting contracts and rebates logic. This role involves managing team performance, coaching, and delivering high-quality BI applications from design through deployment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the team, set objectives, and motivate members.

  • Coach and develop team members with open feedback and career guidance.

  • Serve as a role model for team culture and performance.

  • Monitor quality and delivery standards of the team’s work.

  • Communicate team progress and issues upward to management; suggest improvements.

  • Collaborate with project managers and product owners to deliver BI applications including design, testing, and deployment.

  • Collect and clarify user requirements and monitor project progress.

  • Report project status regularly, including to senior management and sponsors.

  • Support testing teams in defining testing strategies for data warehouses.

  • Participate in setting BI priorities and strategy.


Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience developing business intelligence or analytic solutions.

  • At least 2 years of experience managing or leading a team of developers or analysts.


Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business challenges and provide solutions.

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
