Job Overview:

As a Compliance/Audit Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving global strategic internal audit and compliance improvement initiatives. This position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, technically advanced, and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Plan, implement, and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, DMAIC, or Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Project Leadership: Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams to achieve business goals.

  • Data Analysis: Develop and analyze metrics that provide insights into process performance, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of problems, using techniques such as 5 Why and Ishikawa Fishbone Diagram.

  • Performance Measurement: Measure performance against process requirements and align improvement strategies to address performance shortfalls.

  • Consultation: Provide consultation on re-engineering techniques to enhance process performance and product quality.

  • Training & Presentations: Deliver training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control; provide regular updates to teams and management.

  • Best Practices: Research and analyze industry best practices for process improvements.

  • Cost/Benefit Analysis: Perform cost and benefit analyses to support decision-making.

Must Have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

  • Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and project management skills. Proficient in using data analytics tools, AI/ML technologies, and project management software.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications: Lean Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.

  • Experience: Experience with root cause analysis methodologies, FDA regulations (CFR), ISO13485, and EUMDR.

  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with data analysis tools like Tableau, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and interact with a computer, as well as communicate with peers and coworkers.
