Position Overview

As a Clinical Value Manager at Roche Diagnostics India, you will be an integral part of the Lab Transformation team, responsible for translating clinical data and product information into tangible value for our healthcare partners. Your role will involve demonstrating the clinical value of high-medical-value assays, digital solutions (such as algorithms), and automation systems, focusing on patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

You will report to the National Lead – Lab Transformation and will contribute to building a strong clinical value proposition in strategic sales planning and engagement with key stakeholders in healthcare systems.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Clinical Value Proposition Development:

    • Create tailored, site-specific value propositions to demonstrate the impact of Roche's diagnostics and solutions on patient outcomes.

    • Engage in face-to-face discussions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), including clinical leadership (CMO and C-Suite), to convey key clinical data and product benefits.

  2. Strategic Account Management:

    • Map out key Clinical C-Suite stakeholders and drive engagement strategies through Lab 360 vision framework workshops, focusing on biomarker and diagnostic value discussions.

    • Lead and develop REXIS strategic selling framework, guiding strategic sales planning, account blue sheets, and clinical stakeholder mapping.

  3. Clinical Education and Support:

    • Educate the Medical team and relevant stakeholders on the value of Roche’s diagnostic assays, digital solutions, and automation technologies within the broader patient care pathways.

    • Facilitate strategic conversations with clinicians and decision-makers to align Roche solutions with their clinical needs, improving patient outcomes.

  4. Account Engagement & Selling Framework:

    • Drive clinical stakeholder engagement in strategic accounts, ensuring key healthcare decision-makers are involved in contract discussions, with preferential votes during technical evaluations.

    • Focus on building clinical value propositions that demonstrate Roche's competitive edge in the healthcare systems and drive measurable customer success.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Background:

    • Master’s or PhD in Medical, Biotech, Life Science, or a related field.

    • MBA or equivalent business qualification is a preferred advantage.

  • Professional Experience:

    • Proven track record of engaging and collaborating with clinicians, HCPs, and C-suite executives within a sophisticated sales environment (preferably healthcare or imaging industries).

    • Demonstrated experience in multilevel, multisite selling with a focus on clinical solutions.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders, including Healthcare Professionals and C-suite leaders.

    • Ability to convey complex clinical and product information in an impactful and strategic manner.

    • English fluency is essential; additional languages are preferred.
