We welcome Clinical Trial Managers with Nephrology expertise to continue excelling in their field or broaden their scope to other therapeutic areas. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily project operations as per contracts and regulatory standards, including ICH/GCP compliance.
Serve as the primary Sponsor contact for project-specific deliverables and issues.
Maintain deep knowledge of study protocols, therapeutic areas, and indications.
Supervise internal teams, ensuring training and deliverables meet project requirements.
Provide critical input for study protocols, data analysis plans, and final reports.
Develop, manage, and execute operational project plans, including risk assessments.
Manage study vendors and ensure site quality, including supervision of CRAs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a health/life science field (Advanced degree preferred).
Experience in clinical trial phases 1-4 (Phases 2-3 preferred).
Minimum of 5 years in Clinical Trial Management (CRO experience preferred).
Proven experience managing project timelines and deliverables.
Bid defense experience (preferred).
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
