Clinical Trial Manager II – Oncology | Remote, Mexico
Job Summary:
IQVIA is looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Manager II specializing in oncology clinical trials to join our global team remotely from Mexico. As a Clinical Lead, you will oversee the successful delivery of assigned trials, collaborating across cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes through timely clinical research execution. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure project delivery aligns with ICH-GCP, protocols, client contracts, and internal SOPs
Meet recruitment targets and implement effective recruitment strategies
Oversee risk mitigation, clinical quality standards, and issue resolution
Manage project finances and track changes in Estimate at Completion (EAC)
Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project progress to internal/external teams
Lead clinical team resourcing, training, and performance planning
Represent Clinical Operations in bid defenses and strategic proposals
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Mentor new Clinical Leads and guide large-scale, global trials when needed
May attend site visits to support trial delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related scientific discipline
Minimum 5 years of clinical research or monitoring experience
Knowledge of project management principles and terminology
Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical regulatory requirements
Broad therapeutic area experience, particularly in oncology
Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Effective leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
