Clinical Trial Manager II – Oncology | Remote, Mexico

Job Summary:
IQVIA is looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Manager II specializing in oncology clinical trials to join our global team remotely from Mexico. As a Clinical Lead, you will oversee the successful delivery of assigned trials, collaborating across cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes through timely clinical research execution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project delivery aligns with ICH-GCP, protocols, client contracts, and internal SOPs

  • Meet recruitment targets and implement effective recruitment strategies

  • Oversee risk mitigation, clinical quality standards, and issue resolution

  • Manage project finances and track changes in Estimate at Completion (EAC)

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project progress to internal/external teams

  • Lead clinical team resourcing, training, and performance planning

  • Represent Clinical Operations in bid defenses and strategic proposals

  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

  • Mentor new Clinical Leads and guide large-scale, global trials when needed

  • May attend site visits to support trial delivery


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related scientific discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical research or monitoring experience

  • Knowledge of project management principles and terminology

  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical regulatory requirements

  • Broad therapeutic area experience, particularly in oncology

  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

  • Effective leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
