Job Title: Clinical Trial Educator – National (West, Central, Northeast, Southeast)

Location: Field-based, nationwide travel up to 75%

Role Overview

The Clinical Trial Educator (CTE) is responsible for providing information and education on clinical trial inclusion/exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers. The CTE will deliver in-service presentations aimed at increasing patient enrollment, working closely with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and other field-based medical teams to ensure optimal trial execution.

This role includes:

  • Developing tailored recruitment plans.

  • Building referral networks with physicians and support groups.

  • Supporting clinical trial sites in patient recruitment efforts.

This is a full-time, field-based position requiring frequent travel (up to 75%), including potential overnight stays.


Key Responsibilities

  • Educate trial coordinators and healthcare providers on clinical trial protocols.

  • Conduct in-service presentations to increase patient enrollment.

  • Partner with CRAs and medical teams to optimize trial execution.

  • Develop referral networks with physicians and community groups.

  • Execute patient recruitment activities, including chart reviews, referral outreach, and data abstraction.

  • Coordinate and complete cross-functional activities with minimal oversight.

  • Maintain strong documentation and reporting standards.

  • Represent IQVIA in a professional and knowledgeable manner at all times.


Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Clinical research experience.

  • Community engagement experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (oral and written).

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and coordinate activities across multiple functions.

  • Customer service skills and strong administrative/technology skills.

  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%).

Preferred:

  • RN license.

  • Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Educator and/or healthcare education.

  • Experience in Diversity & Inclusion in Clinical Trials.

  • Business experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: $74,900 – $156,300 annually (dependent on qualifications, experience, location, and schedule).
