Job Summary:

Alvotech, a global leader in biopharmaceutical innovation, is hiring a Clinical Trial Coordinator in Stockholm, Sweden for a 12-month full-time role. This opportunity is perfect for professionals passionate about clinical research and looking to manage and streamline operational activities in global clinical trials. You will ensure that trials are executed in compliance with GCP, ICH, EMA, and FDA guidelines while collaborating with multifunctional study teams and external vendors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate operational and logistical activities for assigned clinical trials.

  • Execute tasks aligning with clinical program timelines.

  • Monitor trial adherence to timelines, training standards, and quality benchmarks.

  • Serve as the primary contact for trial-related internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional study teams to ensure seamless trial execution.

  • Maintain eTMF and trial documentation per GCP and ICH guidelines.

  • Ensure trial compliance and reporting accuracy.

  • Participate actively in team meetings to foster a collaborative environment.

  • Handle international travel requirements linked to trial operations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research sector.

  • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.

  • Familiarity with EMA and FDA regulatory frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience in clinical trial conduct and coordination.

  • Proficient organizational and project management capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions.
