We are seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to provide operational, administrative, and technical support across clinical trial activities—from study start-up to close-out.

This position is ideal for candidates aiming to grow in global clinical operations within a leading CRO environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and technical support to project teams across assigned clinical studies.

  • Support audit readiness by ensuring timely review and maintenance of study files according to SOPs and departmental guidelines.

  • Assist in site activation activities and contribute to development of the critical path for rapid site onboarding.

  • Build professional relationships with investigators and site personnel to support feasibility assessments and country-specific enrollment insights.

  • Utilize local market knowledge, company systems, sponsor inputs, and site databases to prepare and refine site lists for feasibility and site selection.

  • Mentor new team members during onboarding as a buddy, and contribute to departmental process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, country regulations, sponsor SOPs, and project workflows throughout study execution.


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, site management, or related administrative support roles within the life sciences sector.

  • Prior experience working with clinical trial documentation, site communication, or feasibility processes is highly advantageous.


Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in analyzing project data and systems for accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • Flexibility to adjust workload according to shifting project timelines.

  • Clear understanding of ICH-GCP, country-specific regulations, and clinical trial workflows.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn clinical databases and CTMS systems.

  • Ability to successfully complete internal PPD training programs.
