We are seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to provide operational, administrative, and technical support across clinical trial activities—from study start-up to close-out.
This position is ideal for candidates aiming to grow in global clinical operations within a leading CRO environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and technical support to project teams across assigned clinical studies.
Support audit readiness by ensuring timely review and maintenance of study files according to SOPs and departmental guidelines.
Assist in site activation activities and contribute to development of the critical path for rapid site onboarding.
Build professional relationships with investigators and site personnel to support feasibility assessments and country-specific enrollment insights.
Utilize local market knowledge, company systems, sponsor inputs, and site databases to prepare and refine site lists for feasibility and site selection.
Mentor new team members during onboarding as a buddy, and contribute to departmental process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, country regulations, sponsor SOPs, and project workflows throughout study execution.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, site management, or related administrative support roles within the life sciences sector.
Prior experience working with clinical trial documentation, site communication, or feasibility processes is highly advantageous.
Skills and Competencies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in analyzing project data and systems for accuracy and operational efficiency.
Flexibility to adjust workload according to shifting project timelines.
Clear understanding of ICH-GCP, country-specific regulations, and clinical trial workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn clinical databases and CTMS systems.
Ability to successfully complete internal PPD training programs.
