Position Summary:
Reporting to the Local Country Manager, the Clinical Supply Solutions Manager oversees daily depot operations, staff management, and budget. This compliance-critical role ensures adherence to corporate, divisional, and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical representative for Clinical Trials Supply Chain Services in-country.

  • Ensure depot operations meet ICH-GCP, FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards.

  • Monitor staff performance and uphold compliance across all operations.

  • Maintain quality assurance procedures, secure controlled substances, and proper record keeping.

  • Oversee regulatory compliance and relay updates to local staff and the compliance team.

  • Manage depot constraints (scope, cost, resources) and track KPIs.

  • Support business development through client engagement, project metrics analysis, and participation in business planning.

  • Implement new client projects and ensure successful integration.

  • Evaluate personnel performance and support staff career development.

  • Lead hiring, terminations, and performance management in coordination with the Country Manager.

  • Address employee concerns, regulatory changes, or union-related matters that may affect operations.

  • Recommend procedural improvements to optimize customer service operations.

  • Lead department meetings and staff training sessions.

  • Respond to customer concerns and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.

  • Collaborate with global engineering and QA teams regarding depot infrastructure and equipment.

  • Support internal audits and address audit findings in coordination with QA.

  • Represent depot during client audits.

  • Provide timely reports with other departments.

  • Be available 24/7 for emergency or urgent support.


Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Pharmacy or Biological Sciences preferred.

  • Broad training in business administration, accountancy, marketing, or IT.

  • Full English proficiency (oral and written).

  • At least one year of managerial experience, preferably in Clinical Trials.

  • Demonstrated leadership and continuous improvement mindset.
