Job Summary
Sanofi is hiring a Clinical Research Lead to join its global team in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical development planning and execution for assigned studies
Develop protocols, IBs, CSRs, and Informed Consent Documents
Oversee centralized monitoring, data surveillance, and quality review
Manage clinical documentation for regulatory submissions (IND, CTA, IMPD)
Provide medical and scientific guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure adherence to GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with biostatistics, PV, regulatory, medical affairs, and CROs
Represent Sanofi in meetings with investigators and regulatory authorities
Guide protocol amendments, feasibility assessments, and clinical oversight
Mentor clinical scientists and support cross-functional training initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD) is mandatory
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in clinical research or clinical development
In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, ethical and regulatory frameworks
Proven experience in Phase 3 trial design and execution
Strong scientific writing and medical review capabilities
Ability to interpret clinical trial data and draw meaningful conclusions
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Prior experience in pulmonary, allergy, or immunology is advantageous
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Comfortable working in matrix and multicultural environments
