Key Responsibilities

  • Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and clinical publishing guidelines.

  • Complete assigned training modules within required timelines.

  • Perform daily operational activities while maintaining high-quality standards and productivity.

  • Create, edit, and manage:

    • Clinical Investigator Manuals

    • Study Requisitions

    • Clinical Trial Documentation

    • Project-related publishing materials

  • Ensure all assigned clinical documents are delivered accurately and within project timelines.

  • Coordinate language translations for clinical trial documentation and ensure timely completion.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to support document publishing activities.

  • Escalate project-related concerns or delays to management whenever required.

  • Support additional clinical publishing and documentation activities assigned by leadership.


Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science is mandatory.

  • Master’s Degree in Science will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

  • Freshers with strong understanding of clinical research concepts are eligible to apply.

  • Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Clinical Research, Clinical Operations, or Pharmaceutical Industry will be preferred.


Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Basic understanding of clinical trial documentation and publishing workflows

  • Ability to work efficiently in rotational shifts
