Job Overview

As a Clinical Project Coordinator II, you will support clinical project activities, maintain project documentation, coordinate operational tasks, and ensure smooth communication across departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.

  • Complete mandatory training within assigned timelines.

  • Coordinate daily operational activities while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

  • Manage clinical project documentation and technical records accurately.

  • Provide administrative and technical support to internal stakeholders and project teams.

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance and accuracy of completed work.

  • Escalate project-related issues promptly for timely resolution.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within the organization.

  • Support additional operational responsibilities assigned by management.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in:

    • Clinical Research

    • Pharmaceutical Industry

    • Clinical Trial Process

    • Medical Science

    • Healthcare Operations

OR

  • Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or clinical trial-related domains.


Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:

    • Life Sciences

    • Pharmacy

    • Biotechnology

    • Microbiology

    • Biochemistry

    • Clinical Research

    • Allied Healthcare Sciences
