Clinical Operation Specialist – Syneos Health (Pune, India)

Job Summary:
Syneos Health is hiring a Clinical Operation Specialist in Pune, India. This role involves managing clinical trial operations, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard the wellbeing of research subjects by ensuring all procedures meet medical and safety standards.

  • Review study protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory and health guidelines.

  • Recruit and maintain communication with clinical trial volunteers and patients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create informed consent forms, manuals, and other study documents.

  • Monitor clinical trial progress and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth study execution.

  • Perform routine tasks while adapting to project-specific requirements.

  • Apply knowledge of operational systems and clinical research practices to improve trial efficiency.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or higher degree preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical operations or clinical research.

  • Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or equivalent (preferred).

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial management software.
