Role Overview

As a Clinical Data Services Associate, you will be aligned with the Life Sciences R&D vertical. You will contribute to Clinical Data Management (CDM) by ensuring accurate collection, integration, validation, and availability of clinical trial data to support research and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data management activities including discrepancy review, query generation, and resolution.

  • Develop CRF Completion Guidelines (CCG) and SAE Reconciliation Guidelines.

  • Identify and raise protocol deviations in the database.

  • Perform edit check validation by creating test cases and writing test scripts.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRF/eCRF against specifications.

  • Manage Clinical Data Management projects ensuring quality and compliance.

  • Support the conduct, management, and analysis of clinical studies as per NIH standards.


Candidate Profile

Education:

  • B.Tech

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy

  • Master of Pharmacy

Experience: 1–3 years in Clinical Data Management or related field

Skills Required:

  • Adaptability and flexibility

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to establish strong client relationships

  • Quick learning agility
