Job Overview

Accenture is hiring a highly skilled Clinical Data Services Senior Analyst to support its Life Sciences R&D vertical. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with strong expertise in clinical database testing, EDC systems, and clinical data management, who are looking to contribute to global clinical trials and high-impact biopharmaceutical programs.

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of clinical trial data through robust database design, testing, and validation processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and test Electronic Data Capture (EDC) databases in alignment with study protocols and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, including test plans, test scripts, and validation documentation.

  • Verify clinical database components such as eCRFs, edit checks, data extractions, and clinical reports.

  • Support clinical external data loading activities and reconciliation processes.

  • Ensure clinical data systems comply with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and global regulatory standards.

  • Analyze and resolve complex data-related issues independently, applying sound judgment and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical data managers, programmers, and project stakeholders.

  • Participate in client interactions and provide technical inputs for database testing and validation activities.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within clinical data operations.


Education & Experience Requirements

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or a related technical or life sciences discipline

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Clinical Data Operations

    • Strong hands-on experience in clinical database testing and validation

    • Proven experience working with EDC systems in a regulated clinical trial environment
