About the Role:

As a Clinical Data Coordinator, you will be part of their CDM Group, responsible for ensuring data quality, managing data activities, and collaborating with clinical study teams to support the timely and accurate progression of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Conduct data validation, review, and cleaning activities according to study timelines and ensure data quality.
  • Monitoring: Track the progress of data cleaning activities and generate reports for the Study Data Manager.
  • Study Planning: Participate in creating study plans such as Data Management Plan and Centralized Monitoring Plan.
  • Testing & Feedback: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide feedback to programming teams.
  • Centralized Monitoring: Perform monitoring activities according to the Centralized Monitoring Plan.
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication on data management activities, including risks, monitoring, and escalation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Experience in clinical data management.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication (both written and oral), and a team player.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with clinical data management, regulatory guidelines, and database technologies.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in life science or drug development-related fields.
