Kenvue is hiring a Clinical Account Specialist (Listerine) in Querétaro to oversee the positioning of Essential Health brands (Listerine) with healthcare professionals through effective communication and promotion strategies. The role involves ensuring sales, prescriptions, and KPI targets are met while adhering to high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate market trends and competition to identify opportunities.
  • Implement omnichannel strategies, including digital media, to enhance medical visits.
  • Monitor and ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as coverage, sales share, and prescription rates.
  • Propose action plans for territory growth based on data from Power BI.
  • Ensure product availability in assigned points of sale and report stock issues.
  • Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and follow up on commitments.
  • Administer territory, ensuring accurate records of HCPs, pharmacies, and medical visits.
  • Collaborate with the National Selfcare Manager to develop strategies and provide insights.
  • Meet 100% of training goals with ratings above 85% for scientific and role-play training.
  • Follow Health Care Compliance (HCC) procedures and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance to adhere to policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any field).
  • Basic English (A1).
  • Experience in oral health or dental segment.
  • 3-8 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical companies.
  • Strong communication, data analysis, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred: Experience in digital medical visits or marketing.
