Job Overview

As a Senior Medical Information Communication Specialist, you will work under the leadership and guidance of the Regional Medical Information Communication Manager. Your primary responsibility is to promote products and provide professional support to clients within your assigned region, such as client visits, hosting product presentations, and conducting related activities. The ultimate goal is to achieve or surpass business targets in the designated area.


Key Responsibilities

Client Support and Engagement

  1. Provide timely and accurate professional support to clients within company policies and guidelines to establish strong partnerships.
  2. Conduct effective client visits using available resources to achieve or exceed business goals.

Event Planning and Market Exploration

  1. Plan and organize various meetings and activities to explore regional market potential.
  2. Collect, analyze, and provide feedback on market and customer information using company management systems and other compliant channels.

Collaboration and Learning

  1. Maintain effective communication with managers, colleagues, and other departmental partners to identify and foster collaboration opportunities.
  2. Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills through learning opportunities under the guidance of the manager.

Innovation and Compliance

  1. Implement new initiatives promoted by the company, exploring innovative and optimized opportunities within company policies and guidelines.
  2. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.

Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and good command of English.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • High willingness and ability to learn.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage challenges and pressure effectively.

Experience

  • Relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Integrity

  • Capable of strictly managing personal behavior to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable laws, including FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) and related anti-corruption laws in mainland China.
  • Demonstrates honesty, transparency, and adherence to ethical standards, with no record of legal violations in previous work.
