🧬 Position Summary
As a Chemist – Filling, you will be a key contributor to sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing. Your primary responsibility will be preparing the filling line, performing cleanliness and compliance checks, operating equipment per GMP, and maintaining proper documentation for every step.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Ensure cleanliness of the filling area and machinery before beginning operations.
Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) of machines as required.
Confirm availability of batch filling records prior to starting the filling process.
Validate and document environmental condition compliance before initiating any fill activity.
Obtain line clearance from IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) before starting production.
Operate filling machines according to approved SOPs and in compliance with cGMP standards.
Record all activities in real-time using approved documentation formats.
