🧬 Position Summary
As a Chemist in the Manufacturing department, you will be responsible for preparing the production line and ensuring all activities during the filling process adhere to GMP, environmental, and safety standards. You will play a vital role in supporting sterile manufacturing processes and ensuring high-quality, compliant operations.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Perform cleanliness checks of the area and machines before beginning the filling process.
Execute CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) procedures on machines before starting the filling activity.
Ensure Batch Filling Records are available prior to commencing the process.
Verify and ensure compliance with environmental conditions before beginning the fill.
Obtain line clearance from IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) prior to starting filling.
Operate filling machines as per approved SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
Record all activities in approved formats concurrently (at the time of observation/activity).
