About the Job:

Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is centralizing processes to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D globally. The role involves managing and monitoring rare disease registries, interacting with site staff and stakeholders, and overseeing site activities to ensure the collection of accurate, compliant data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Feasibility & Study Start-up: Assist with site selection, document collection, and regulatory submissions.
  • Site Monitoring & Data Management: Conduct remote and onsite visits, ensure data accuracy, and troubleshoot site issues.
  • Safety & Quality: Ensure safety reporting processes, audit readiness, and adherence to protocols.
  • Study Administration: Maintain study tables, trackers, and databases, ensure TMF compliance, and participate in team meetings.

About You:

  • Experience: 3+ years in clinical research, clinical trial monitoring, and experience with rare diseases or observational studies.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, project management, technical writing, and communication skills.
  • Education: Degree in Pharma/scientific discipline or related Life Sciences field.
  • Languages: High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
