Job Overview

Wipro Limited is hiring a Case Processing Executive in Pune to support client operations by managing transactions, resolving queries, and ensuring service delivery excellence within defined SLAs. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in process-driven client support operations within a global delivery environment.


Key Responsibilities

Process & Case Management

  • Manage and process transactions in line with defined quality standards and process guidelines

  • Handle incoming client requests via email and telephone in a professional and courteous manner

  • Accurately document customer details, issue descriptions, and resolution steps

  • Record, track, and update all cases, actions, and outcomes in designated systems (including RAVE)

  • Ensure adherence to contractual SLAs and internal compliance requirements

Client Support & Resolution

  • Diagnose client issues and provide clear, step-by-step resolutions

  • Guide users through product features, menus, and troubleshooting steps

  • Offer appropriate alternative solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention

  • Conduct follow-ups and scheduled callbacks to confirm issue resolution and capture feedback

Quality, Compliance & Documentation

  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery

  • Maintain logs, reports, and call/email records as per defined guidelines

  • Ensure all required product disclosures and information are communicated accurately

  • Identify recurring issues through call log analysis and contribute to preventive solutions

  • Escalate critical or unresolved issues to team leaders in a timely manner

Continuous Learning & Process Improvement

  • Participate in product and process training programs to stay updated on features and changes

  • Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and self-help documentation

  • Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs and improvement opportunities

  • Proactively build job knowledge through self-learning and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives


Required Qualifications

  • Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline)

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in case processing, customer support, BPM, or operations roles

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability

  • Basic proficiency in computer systems and case tracking tools

  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet SLA-driven targets
