Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is an internal resource organization based in India, designed to centralize activities to support Sanofi's global business functions including Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital. SGH partners strategically with Medical, HEVA, and Commercial teams worldwide.
Main Responsibilities
The Scientific Writer – HEVA will be responsible for creating and managing HEVA communications deliverables. Key duties include:
HEVA Communications Deliverables
Develop manuscripts, posters, abstracts, slide decks, and other materials aligned with HEVA strategy and global communication plans.
Ensure Core Value Decks for key products are established and updated with critical HEVA evidence, providing a synthesis of product value.
Publication & Communication Process
Develop and manage complex publication materials within assigned therapeutic areas.
Assist scientific communication teams in conducting publication needs analysis.
Ensure adherence to publication SOPs and compliance with HEVA communication processes.
Implement publication plans and activities, collaborating with vendors for required deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain relationships with stakeholders within the medical scientific community to develop effective educational and communication content.
Collaborate with global and local HEVA teams, RWE, and scientific communication teams to identify publication needs and develop customized deliverables.
Process Innovation & Improvement
Seek opportunities to innovate HEVA value communications, ensuring their relevance and impact for optimal access and reimbursement decisions.
Develop action plans based on user feedback to improve communication content and delivery.
About You
Experience
Content Creation Experience: More than 2 years in content creation within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or academia.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Technical Skills
Experience or training in health economics, public health, epidemiology, or related disciplines.
Knowledge of Good Publication Practices (GPP), publication submission, and project management.
Education
Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar discipline (medical degree is a plus).
Languages
Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).
