Job Title: Lifecycle Safety Client Relationship Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interface & Relationship Management:

    • Act as the primary interface with clients on large and complex projects, responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships.

    • Foster relationships with both IQVIA's traditional customer base and non-traditional/new customers in emerging markets.

  • Strategy & Proposal Development:

    • Ensure appropriate strategies and solutions are proposed to customers, focusing on cost-effective and creative solutions to enhance customer competitiveness.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to define and propose effective solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs.

    • Work closely with Lifecycle Safety Operations and business development teams to create and refine project proposals.

    • Follow up on proposals to ensure timely feedback and continued engagement.

  • Collaboration with Operational Teams:

    • Act as a bridge between Lifecycle Safety Operations and business development, coordinating with operational teams to develop accurate proposals.

    • Work with project teams to determine the appropriate terms and conditions for safety agreements with customers.

Minimum Required Education and Experience:

  • Educational Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Science, or a related discipline.

  • Experience:

    • 5 years of relevant experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical company (preferred).

    • 3 years of Lifecycle Safety experience (e.g., Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, Risk Management, etc.), or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.

  • Skills and Knowledge:

    • Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance operations.

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various stakeholders.

    • Must be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Ability to maintain demanding timelines and high-quality work standards.

    • Proven track record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
