Key Responsibilities & Authorities:

  • Cardiac Data Collection & Analysis:

    • Perform functions to collect accurate measurements from cardiac data in a production environment.

    • Measure interval duration and rate on digital or paper ECGs according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    • Evaluate and place calipers on digital ECGs, adjusting using various methodologies.

  • ECG and Data Processing:

    • Use validated software to convert PNG images to XML files for measurement and assess waveforms for accuracy.

    • Calibrate scaling of PDF images to collect measurements on paper ECGs.

    • Process cardiac data from continuous Holter recordings.

    • Extract time-point specific 12-Lead ECG extractions and export XMLs to the designated database for IDM measurement.

  • Safety Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Evaluate ECGs for safety/alert findings and notify the correct teams according to procedures.

    • Perform Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) processing.

  • Quality Assurance & Workflow Management:

    • Participate in the Quality Assurance program to ensure accuracy, precision, and repeatability.

    • Balance priorities across workflows to analyze Cardiac Safety data in line with operational priorities.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications:

    • Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree or related degree preferred) and an ECG certificate (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Experience & Skills:

    • 1-2 years of experience in an ECG Core Lab or working under GCP, GDPR, and data privacy regulations.

    • Knowledge of cardiovascular physiology and anatomy.

    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within a team environment.

    • Good computer skills, including familiarity with Google, Microsoft Suite (Excel), and database management.

    • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative to solve problems and manage time efficiently.

  • Other Attributes:

    • Must be able to work within short time constraints in a metrics-driven production environment.
