 Strategic Context:

This role supports Sanofi’s DRIVE initiative aligned with the Play to Win Strategy, focusing on transforming commercial operations to boost efficiency and strengthen innovative product growth, particularly in the Rare Diseases portfolio, which is projected to grow from €10M in 2024 to €35M in 5 years in India.


 Team Context:

Sanofi has the largest product portfolio for Lysosomal Storage Diseases (LSDs) in India. This role directly supports brand and portfolio strategies with a customer-first and glocal mindset, enhancing market share, access, and customer loyalty.


 Key Responsibilities:

 Strategy & Brand Management:

  • Develop integrated brand plans with local and global alignment.

  • Drive sales and profitability targets for assigned brands.

  • Lead strategic planning for current and upcoming products in rare diseases.

 Customer Engagement:

  • Engage directly with HCPs, understand needs, and deliver tailored marketing strategies.

  • Execute omnichannel engagement strategies using GTMC collaboration.

  • Provide support for access via reimbursable institutions (ESIC, Army, CGHS, Railways).

 Market & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to inform product positioning and communications.

  • Understand and report market trends, competition, and HCP behavior.

 Innovation & Launch Readiness:

  • Support pre-launch and new product rollout activities, especially in LSDs and blood disorders.

  • Implement innovative access strategies across the patient journey.

 Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all marketing and engagement activities are compliant with pharma regulations and ethical standards.

  • Collaborate on training programs to align business goals with development.


 Required Qualifications:

 Education:

  • Graduate in Science/Pharmacy with a management qualification.

 Experience:

  • 5–7 years in pharmaceutical marketing with proven brand adoption strategies.

  • Experience in pre-launch and new product launches is preferred.

  • Exposure to project management, digital tools, and AI-driven insights.


 Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Strong customer journey mapping and engagement strategy development.

  • Skilled in digital transformation, omnichannel tools, and Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiar with regulatory requirements in pharma engagement.


 Core Competencies:
