The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights, supporting business growth and efficiency through the development of reports and dashboards. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive, data-driven solutions.
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
✔ Develop reports and dashboards, from requirement gathering to testing and deployment
✔ Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across multiple sources
✔ Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions
✔ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BI solutions and implement improvements
✔ Stay up-to-date with monthly Power BI releases and ensure the organization is using the latest features
✔ Conduct training sessions for end-users to help them navigate and utilize Power BI dashboards
