Job Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities in the healthcare and clinical research sectors.
Analyze industry trends, client needs, and business performance to support strategic decision-making.
Assist in developing business growth strategies, sales forecasts, and revenue models.
Gather and interpret data to create insightful reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to improve lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success.
Identify potential partnerships and collaborations to drive business expansion.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years in business analysis, market research, or business development within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or clinical research.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools, business intelligence software, and sales tracking systems.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a clinical research organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in the healthcare sector.
