Job Overview
Piramal Critical Care is hiring a Business Application Manager to act as the primary liaison between PCC system users, external software support vendors, and internal IT teams. This role involves strategic application development, integration, and support for business processes, ensuring smooth operations in Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing functions.


Key Stakeholders

  • Internal: Business teams from Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing
  • External: MS Support team, 3PLs, Consultants

Reporting Structure
Reports to the Chief Manager - IT Business Partner


Experience Required

  • 8-10 years in IT project management, IT support delivery, and business applications.
  • Pharmaceutical/medical device industry experience.
  • Expertise in quality applications like Quality Management Systems (QMS), Trackwise, Document Management Systems, and Training Management Systems.
  • Regulatory application experience (e.g., Artwork Management, Pharmacovigilance systems like Argus).
  • Understanding of computer system validation lifecycle (GxP systems).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Global stakeholder management experience.
  • Proven training skills, including creating materials and leading sessions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define user requirements, functional specs, and technical specifications.
  • Lead implementation of business applications like Salesforce, Docusign, and other non-ERP tools.
  • Manage IT projects, collaborating with both internal and external teams.
  • Act as the primary IT contact for business teams.
  • Ensure smooth integration, data migration, and system transitions.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding and manage support teams.
  • Propose IT budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) and ensure best value.
  • Regularly present project updates to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
