Job Summary

Seeking a result-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), particularly in Accounts Receivable (AR). The role includes requirement analysis, workflow optimization, agile planning, and stakeholder engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze AR workflows end-to-end and identify areas of improvement

  • Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and specifications

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives

  • Align business goals with delivery through coordination with the Operations team

  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – create test cases, track defects

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and performance indicators for monitoring

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and present actionable insights

  • Ensure data protection compliance, including HIPAA standards


Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with a strong AR focus (denials, appeals, collections, cash posting)

  • Proven experience with workflow automation tools

  • Solid understanding of Agile methodology and sprint-based delivery

  • Experience supporting UAT and collaborating with product management groups

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Analytical mindset with ability to convert challenges into business solutions


Preferred Qualifications
