Mexico City (Hybrid Work Model)

About the Role:

As a Business Analyst (Life Sciences), you will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency within FDA-regulated environments. You will work cross-functionally to design innovative, compliant, and data-driven business solutions across the life sciences value chain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis efforts within FDA-regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical devices)

  • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows using UML and other modeling tools

  • Conduct GAP analysis, data analysis, and process reengineering to identify areas of improvement

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare demo presentations, and assess change requests

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure regulatory alignment and on-time delivery (GxP, CAPA, SDLC)

  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide timely status updates and risk assessments


Required Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in FDA-regulated environments (GMP, GxP)

  • Proven domain knowledge in one or more of the following:

    • Discovery

    • Research

    • Clinical Trials

    • Regulatory Affairs

    • Pharmacovigilance

  • Strong skills in:

    • SQL

    • Tableau

    • Data migration practices

  • Ability to produce high-quality regulatory and SDLC documentation

  • Familiarity with tools such as:

    • Salesforce, AWS, Azure

    • Veeva Vault, LIMS, Documentum

    • Medidata, Oracle Siebel CTMS

    • IQVIA RIM Smart, Trackwise

    • Aris, Argus, UML

    • CSV, Jira Align, Confluence

    • SharePoint, Power BI, Python


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as:

    • SAFe POPM

    • CSPO

    • IIBA

    • CBAP

  • Experience in:

    • User story prioritization

    • Backlog grooming

    • Regulatory compliance and change control processes

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently and in agile, fast-paced environments


Work Model:

Hybrid – Flexible work arrangement
