Job Details
Join the Branded Medical Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Planner supporting replenishment duties for various manufacturers, managing customer ordering processes, facilitating product transfers, and handling daily business operations. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is key to meeting KPIs and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Replenishment Duties:
Perform replenishment tasks to ensure stock availability at all times.
Maintain a service level of 99% or greater.
Follow up on late deliveries and out-of-stock situations.
Obtain weekly stock information from manufacturers.
Maintain updated customer messaging and lean inventory in line with order cycles.
Conduct analysis for reporting and performance monitoring.
Range Review:
Identify and implement efficiencies including new product setups and discontinuations.
Manage master product data and product life cycle management.
Customer Order Management:
Oversee bespoke customer ordering processes to meet monthly deadlines.
Support supply chain team with cover during annual leave and daily activities.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain professional, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Complexity:
Manage replenishment through multiple platforms.
Provide daily support in a fast-paced supply chain environment.
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
Strong interpersonal communication and professional telephone manner.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Background in supply chain, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals preferred.
Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (intermediate skills such as Pivot Tables and V-Lookups) and Outlook.
