Job Details
We have an exciting opportunity for a Branded Medical Planner to join our Branded Medical Supply Chain team. The role focuses on replenishment duties for a specific range of manufacturers, bespoke customer ordering processes, product transfers, and other day-to-day activities that will evolve with the business needs.
You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, respond to their requests, and support them by delivering excellent ongoing service while meeting agreed business KPIs (key performance indicators).
A background or understanding of supply chain, logistics, or replenishment within pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, or FMCG sectors is beneficial but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
Key Attributes & Skills
Customer-focused and self-starter capable of working autonomously or in a team.
Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-lookups, basic formulas).
Proficient with MS Outlook and MS Office suite.
Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience using SAP and/or RELEX systems is a plus.
Experience or background in supply chain, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
