🎯 Position Summary

The Associate Systems Specialist is a skilled technical position responsible for:

  • System project management

  • Instrument and systems validation

  • Application administration

  • Technical support for all I&I special purpose instruments

This global role requires cross-functional collaboration with IT, Data Technology, Scientific, and Operations teams to maintain GLP-consistent systems for data acquisition and analysis.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage system validation projects across multiple sites

  • Ensure compliance with Data Integrity, GLP, and regulatory standards

  • Support application administration and instrument maintenance

  • Work closely with global/local management to ensure system reliability

  • Provide technical consultation and documentation for validation processes

  • Coordinate multiple parallel projects with minimal supervision

  • Sustain positive cross-functional interactions


🧠 Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of systems validation and regulatory compliance

  • Solid understanding of immunology instrumentation and technical assay development

  • Experience with computer systems validation (CSV)

  • Familiarity with project management principles

  • Process-oriented mindset with strong documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally

  • Experience with ISO standards


🌟 Desirable Skills

  • Prior Project Management experience

  • Working knowledge of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Capable of managing workload with little or no direct supervision


🎓 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or a relevant scientific discipline


💰 Compensation

  • Pay Range: $31 – $33 per hour
    (Final offer based on skills, experience, education, and internal equity)
