Position Overview

As an Associate in Strategy & Management Systems, you will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing management systems within the Biologics department. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data for strategic decision-making, and supporting organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with organizational goals.
Design and execute management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct data analysis and create actionable insights to guide decision-making.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
Support project management efforts, ensuring on-time delivery of strategic initiatives.
Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders to communicate progress and outcomes.
Evaluate and select management tools and technologies to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
2–4 years of experience in strategy or management consulting.
Proficiency in strategic planning, analysis techniques, and management systems implementation.
Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and project management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with business operations, strategy, and industry trends.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
