About the Team

Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is designed to centralize processes and activities that support global medical business units and medical offices. The SBO model reduces reliance on external service providers, builds internal expertise, and leverages a strong global talent pool.


Role Purpose

The Associate Project Specialist will collaborate with Business Partners, local team members, and Country Medical Leads to ensure accurate transfer of HCP (Healthcare Professional) data into the Tiering system. The role includes performing quality checks, supporting error remediation, assessing HCP/non-HCP tiering documentation, coordinating reports, and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.


Key Responsibilities

People

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal peers and stakeholders across the assigned geography.

  • Regularly connect with FMV (Fair Market Value) leads, local country medical teams, and tier validators.

Financial & Reporting

  • Deliver monitoring and verification reports within agreed timelines and quality standards.

  • Conduct data quality assessments, identify abnormalities, and generate regulatory-compliant reports.

  • Prepare quarterly reports on customer engagement and scientific external experts.

Process

  • Manage requests through the centralized mailbox/request platform, prioritizing by business needs.

  • Organize and deliver process training and tool support locally.

  • Analyze expert credentials and expertise to determine appropriate tier levels and FMV compensation.

  • Support other assigned duties and responsibilities as required.


About You

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong planning, analytical, and data management skills.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm/M. Pharm) or Life Sciences (preferred).

Languages

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
