About the Team
Sanofi Business Operations (SBO), based in India, centralizes processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, Consumer Healthcare (CHC), Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO), and R&D, Data & Digital functions.
SBO acts as a strategic partner for Medical, Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA), and Commercial organizations globally, delivering high-quality tactical support.
Main Responsibilities
Evidence Synthesis & Research
Contribute to execution of Evidence Synthesis projects, including:
Search strategy development
Literature screening
Data extraction and analysis
Support evidence generation activities for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch stages.
Provide support in:
Burden of illness studies, epidemiology, literature reviews, meta-analyses
Observational studies (retrospective and prospective)
Economic evaluations and patient-reported outcomes
Assist in developing Core Value Dossiers (CVDs) and AMCP dossiers with strategic insights.
People & Collaboration
Maintain effective working relationships with global HEVA/Medical teams across time zones.
Collaborate with HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, External Affairs, and Market Access teams (global and local).
Engage with external individuals/institutions as resources for evidence generation.
Process & Compliance
Support development of strategic evidence materials, processes, templates, and deliverables across the portfolio.
Ensure alignment with CVD, AMCP dossier, and submission requirements.
Maintain compliance with evidence generation guidelines and scientific standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
Identify evidence generation and dissemination needs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Prepare tailored deliverables to support internal and external stakeholder requirements.
About You
Experience
Minimum 3 years in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) within pharma, CRO, consultancy, or academia.
Technical Skills
Strong analytical ability to translate clinical and economic data into payer-focused evidence strategies.
Soft Skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication (written & verbal).
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional global teams.
Education
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline OR a Medical degree.
Languages
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
