Team / Department Overview:

  • Part of Sanofi Business Operations (SBO), an internal resource organization in India.

  • Centralizes processes to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, R&D, Data & Digital functions.

  • SBO provides strategic and functional support for Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally.


Role Summary:

Support evidence generation activities to maximize value for Sanofi programs and products. Drive innovation in HEVA/Medical evidence generation and dissemination, maintain therapeutic area expertise, and assist in strategic evidence planning for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Evidence Generation & Research:

  • Execute evidence synthesis projects, including search strategy development, screening, and data extraction.

  • Support research plans for investigational and marketed drugs:

    • Burden of illness studies

    • Epidemiology studies

    • Literature reviews and meta-analyses

    • Retrospective and prospective observational studies

    • Economic evaluations and patient-reported outcomes

  • Contribute to development of core value dossiers (CVD) and Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers.

  • Assist in managing ongoing HEVA/Medical studies, supporting product leads.

2. Process & Documentation:

  • Assist in the development of strategic evidence materials and templates across the portfolio.

  • Maintain adherence to evidence generation guidelines and other relevant standards.

  • Contribute to innovation of HEVA/Medical evidence generation and dissemination processes.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:

  • Support HEVA/Medical teams in engagements with internal and external stakeholders:

    • HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, External Affairs, Market Access teams

  • Prepare customized deliverables for stakeholders.

  • Work effectively with global HEVA/Medical teams across different time zones.

4. People & Team Support:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within the global team.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medical discipline, or equivalent.

  • Experience: 3+ years in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) in pharmaceutical industry, CRO consultancy, or academia.

  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills to translate clinical and economic data into payer evidence strategies.

  • Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, strong writing and communication skills, external engagement, ability to work independently and within a team.


Languages:

  • Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
