The Associate Director, Patient Marketing position at BridgeBio represents an exciting opportunity to shape the launch and marketing of Acoramidis, a late-stage commercial asset targeting ATTR-cardiomyopathy. Situated in San Francisco, this role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on patient-centric initiatives that reflect BridgeBio’s mission to deliver transformative medicines for genetic diseases and cancers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient-centered marketing strategies and campaigns for Acoramidis.
  • Lead the creation of branded and unbranded patient materials across various channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., patient advocacy, medical affairs) to ensure alignment.
  • Drive data-driven insights and establish KPIs to measure campaign success.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate the review of marketing materials.
  • Advocate for the patient voice in all marketing strategies and external engagements.
  • Monitor market dynamics and adapt strategies to meet evolving patient and industry needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, with at least 2 years in patient marketing. Creative agency and digital marketing experience are highly preferred.
  • Skills: Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into patient-friendly messaging, strategic planning, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Location Requirement: Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco, CA.
  • Travel: Up to 20%.
