Novartis is seeking an innovative and strategic Associate Director – Evidence Partnerships & Solutions to lead transformative initiatives in evidence generation. This Hyderabad-based role places you at the forefront of designing and implementing strategic collaborations, pioneering methodologies, and integrating real-world data to enhance healthcare outcomes.
As part of a global, cross-functional team, you will translate evidence needs into scalable solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, pragmatic studies, and hybrid trial models to support product adoption, patient access, and clinical decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to influence global medical strategy while advancing evidence excellence across therapeutic areas.
Strategic Partnerships & Solutions
Identify, develop, and scale strategic partnerships aligned with business priorities.
Build collaborations with medical societies, academic institutes, and data owners.
Evaluate and manage external scientific alliances to enhance evidence generation capabilities.
Innovation & Methodology
Pilot innovative digital tools and methodologies to increase the impact and scalability of evidence generation.
Promote adoption of pragmatic study designs and hybrid trial models.
Translate evidence generation needs into technology requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Stakeholder Engagement & Knowledge Sharing
Connect internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of advanced solutions.
Develop learning content, toolkits, and guidance materials to support new evidence capabilities globally.
Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Compliance & Data Quality
Ensure regulatory and ethical compliance in partnership and solution development.
Maintain high standards for data quality and integrity across all research initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, academic, or healthcare sectors focusing on evidence generation.
Expertise in interventional and non-interventional study designs and real-world evidence (RWE) methodologies.
Strong understanding of global regulatory, access, and healthcare environments.
Proven ability to work across geographies and collaborate in matrixed global teams.
Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex scientific and analytical concepts.
Desirable Experience:
Experience leading strategic partnerships, alliances, or external collaborations.
Leadership experience in international, multidisciplinary drug development or country-level product teams.
Track record of successfully integrating innovative solutions into evidence generation programs.
