Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize new dissolution methods (Biorelevant and discriminatory dissolution methods) to mimic the physiological system.
  • Perform and document solubility experiments, dissolution method activities, and other characterization methods (DT, solubility, IDR, viscosity, etc.).
  • Test various developmental formulations using biorelevant and discriminatory dissolution methods.
  • Analyze samples with techniques such as HPLC/UPLC and spectrophotometric methods, troubleshooting chromatographic issues.
  • Write protocols, reports, and lab procedures based on templates under expert supervision.
  • Document Risk assessments at pre-evaluation stages under expert guidance.
  • Knowledge of PBPK/IVIVC models and assist in developing in-silico tools like Gastroplus/Phoenix WinNonlin.
  • Work in close collaboration with a multifunctional project team.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Analytical Development from the generic pharmaceutical industry.
  • M Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics), M Sc (Analytical Chemistry), or B Pharm.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, showing initiative at all levels.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
