Job Summary:
The Assistant, Regulatory and PV Network will play a key administrative support role within the department, ensuring smooth operations through document handling, data management, and communication coordination. Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain documentation for the Regulatory & PV Network department.

  • Collect and track departmental documents such as CVs, training records, job descriptions, and contact details.

  • Maintain KPIs and coordinate necessary updates or issue resolution.

  • Retrieve and track data for various internal uses.

  • Manage and update shared document repositories.

  • Schedule and organize team meetings and teleconferences.

  • Prepare draft documents and finalize layouts as needed.

  • Collaborate and communicate with various departments and senior management.

  • Assist in coordinating departmental structure and task flow.

  • Perform other administrative and practical support tasks as required.
