As part of the Quality Control team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely analysis, maintaining high standards of compliance, and continuously improving quality processes in a pharmaceutical and specialty chemical environment.
Complete sampling and analysis within defined turnaround time.
Ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and first-time-right analysis.
Retest and analyze samples as per timelines; trend and interpret data.
Maintain lab logbooks, registers, and documentation (e.g., Lab Notebooks).
Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
Prepare standards and stock solutions for analysis.
Communicate technical findings to supervisors, customers, and internal teams.
Support investigations for deviations, defects, or non-conformities.
Implement Kaizen initiatives to:
Reduce costs
Enhance purity
Eliminate safety hazards
Improve consistency
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) teams.
Write and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Comply with and promote the Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
Master’s degree in:
Chemistry
Biochemistry
Analytical Chemistry
Biotechnology
M. Pharm
Ph.D. (preferred)
2 to 5 years in:
